If you are looking for fun and (above all) challenges, Battle for Wesnoth is an excellent option which offers both and much more. Set in the Middle Ages, the game proposes the user to become a military strategist of the time. Everything related to the strategy for the deployment of troops and infantry as well as the heavy weapons needed to achieve victory will be put to the test.

The conflicts are turn based, and there is a specify time to attack and defend. Another thing to be taken into account is the management of resources which will be the key to the victory because without them there would be no advance in technology.
Graphically it is excellent, the backgrounds are well defined and the terrain has a more than aceptable view, directly influencing the construction aspects as well as battles.
