EssentialPIM Free Portable is an essential programme when our pen and paper appointment book is not comfortable anymore because with this great application we will have all the options of a real appointment books and many more. We can organize in different ways the visualization of our tasks, whether be it per hour, per day, per week, per month or per year, in a simple way. We can discrimínate our compromises using colours to remember everything at a glance.

EssentialPIM Free Portable allows us to categorize our responsibilities to give priorities to the most important, as well as to establish status (“pending”, “completed”). It includes a notes editor to entry the details of each of our events and a contact notebook to have quick access to their data.

This programme has the capacity to be portable so, if we have any portable storing device, we can use it to take our appointment book wherever we go.
