Cool Edit Pro is an excellent utility for performing audio recordings, mix songs, use multiple tracks, add filters, modify the audio positions, cut, paste and delete extracts, edit songs independently, or making endless actions thanks to its great number of tools.

If you do track edition, you can work with each of them separately, handling a better sound, manage volumes by cannel, add special effects, and speed up the rhythm and different more alternatives.

Another very useful function is to codify audio files into different formats. When you open an audio file, click “save as”, and you can see a large formats list to which you can apply changes.
