Alcohol 52% Free Edition is an application which allows creating ISO images to emulate them in virtual units getting excellent results.

We all know that the passing of time is a factor that few discs bear if they are in constant use. To overcome the deterioration, which seems to be inevitable, an application has been created with the following characteristics.

Alcohol 52% Free Edition will copy the exact content of the CDs/DVDs and will store it in the hard drive, securing all the information they have.

As regards the playing of the ISO files that are created, there are virtual drives which are in charge of reflecting and giving access to all the information stored. The application allows creating up to six of them, and it is possible to insert a different “disc" in each of them.

Alcohol 52% Free Edition does not allow the burning of the discs (which Alcohol 120% does), but its results are excellent.
