There are many tools to customize your operating system, but if you just want to renew your icons, you need IconPackager.

This tool allows you to change various images which identify the different software incorporated by Windows. It is easy to use because the main features are a click away. It has different packages with various themes. This gives you the possibility to give your Desktop a particular appearance.

One of the highlights is that it gives you the possibility to create your own packages of icons, where you can add the ones you made yourself, or a compilation of the ones you like the most, whether you have taken them from the Internet or anywhere else.

IconPackager is complemented with WindowBlind, an application to create skins. However, they can be used independently.
